You know you are building a strong Brand when you have customers that not only come back, they follow you when you relocate, or open a new location. If you have customers that leave for a better price but come back and stay because you offer a pleasing and memorable before and after buying experience – you KNOW you are building a Brand! A good experience and atmosphere at a restaurant will make “ok food” taste terrific.
